AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the.Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing upon the Petition of American
National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Trustee under the
provisions of a Trust Agreement, known as Trust No. 109461 -01 and
Stephen P. Giddan, as owner of the beneficial interest therein
(collectively the "Owner ") for the classification of certain real
estate located within the Village and hereinafter described in
Exhibit A in the C -2 Outlying Commercial District; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published
notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
after considering the evidence adduced, including a site and
landscaping plan dated October 9, 1992 and prepared by Thompson
Dyke & Associates Ltd. (the "Site Plan ") made written findings of
fact recommending that the Zoning Map be amended to include the
Subject Property in the C -2 Outlying Commercial District; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the
Village will be served by the classification of said real estate
in the manner aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village Zoning
Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is
hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the property
described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof,
in the C -2 Outlying Commercial District.
SECTION That upon a passage of this Ordinance the Owner
TWO: shall comply with all applicable codes and
ordinances of the Village of Deerfield including
compliance with all aspects of the screening and
landscaping along the eastern border of the property as shown in
the Site Plan presented to the Plan Commission and Board of
Trustees and in addition thereto will construct and maintain a 7-
foot high stockade fence with the finished side thereof facing
east along the length of the eastern border of the Subject
Property.

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
