AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165
OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by adding to the list of locations where the
parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited, the following:
"Both sides of Robert York Avenue from its
intersection with Deerfield Road and
extending southerly to the intersection of
Osterman Avenue."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted the appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is prohibited in the area designated
in Section One hereof.
SECTION That any ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
THREE: with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
