AN ORDINANCE NAMING ROBERT YORK AVENUE
WHEREAS, there is a portion of a certain dedicated public
street presently within the Village of Deerfield, commonly
referred to as Hoffman Lane between Deerfield Road and Osterman
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of
accordance with the Ordinances thereof and
State of Illinois desire to rename said po:
Robert York Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION That said dedicated public-street previously
ONE: known as a portion of Hoffman Lane between
Deerfield Road and Osterman Avenue and hereinabove
described be and the same is hereby designated and renamed
Robert York Avenue.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
