AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -80 OF ARTICLE 12 OF
CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Subsection (a) (10) of Section 22 -80, entitled,
ONE: "Penalty ", of Article 12 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
is hereby further amended by deleting said Subsection in its entirety
and substituting in lieu thereof, the following:
"(10) Regulations for parking in Village parking lots
and for offenses relating to failure to pay the
required meter parking fee on said lots where
applicable;(Sections 22 -129A and 22- 130)"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its publication, as provided by law.
