WAUKEGAN'ROAD, DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, JOHN and ROSEMARY WHEELER have petitioned for a variation from the strict provisions of Article 4.03 -F,3,e of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed April 17, 1978', as amended., and Ordinance 0 -21 -57 to permit the construction of an addition resulting in a rear yard of 15 feet in Lieu of the required minimum 35 feet. WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published, as required by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of.Appeals has filed with the President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of ONE: the Zoning Board of Appeals are concurred in.and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees. SECTION That there are practical difficulties and TWO: particular hardships in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property, which is legally described as follows: Lot 3 in Bergmann's Gatewood, being a Subdivision of Lot 1 in McGuire and Orr's Northwoods, a Subdivision•of part of the North East Quarter of Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian,.according to the Plat of said Bergmann's Gatewood Subdivision, recorded July 31, 1954 as Document 832165, in Book 1264 of Records, Page 313, in Lake County, Illinois. 31.51®x.1 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -92 -21 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS . SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to FOUR: compliance by.the Petitioner with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and with all other applicable ordinances of the Village of Deerfield.
