Village of Deerfield
Federal -Aid Urban Program
Deerfield Road Improvement Project
WHEREAS, the Village of Deerfield has elected to participate in the Federal -Aid
Urban Program for Lake County; and
WHEREAS, the Illinois Department of Transportation has advertised for. and
received bids regarding the improvement of Deerfield Road within the
Village limits; and
WHEREAS, Milburn Brothers, a qualified construction company as determined by
the Department of .Transportation, has submitted the low bid of $311, 289.47.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Deerfield does concur
with the aforementioned bid and recommends to the Department of Transportation
to initiage without delay the necessary steps towards the award and construc-
tion of the Deerfield Road Federal -Aid Urban Project.
