FRANZ, Village Clerk S' �1 J ORDINANCE NO. 0 -92 -07 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE IN P -1 PUBLIC LANDS DISTRICT - JEWETT PARK COMMUNITY CENTER Published in pamphlet form this 17th day of February , 1992 by the President and Board of Trustees of Deerfield 4 E I 4 JKS920RDS.VODA2020692 /16 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -92 -07 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE IN P -1 PUBLIC LANDS DISTRICT - JEWETT PARK COMMUNITY CENTER WHEREAS, the.Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of the Deerfield Park District (herein referred to as "Applicant") to authorize the development and use of certain real estate described on Exhibit A attached hereto and zoned in the P -1 Public Lands District, for an Amended Special Use to permit the expansion of and renovation to the Jewett Park Community Center and related parking areas in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was, in all respects,, held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of said application; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the authorization and granting of said Amendment to Special Use in accordance with the plans and exhibits prepared by Burnidge Cassell and Associates, Architects and Land Planners and dated December 10 , 1991 and presented by Applicant and marked. Exhibit B and attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby ONE: affirmatively find that the Amendment to Special Use, as hereby authorized, fully complies with .the requirements and standards set forth in the applicable provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and the Special Use of the real estate, as and for the purposes of an expansion of and renovation to the Jewett Park Community Center and related parking areas set forth on Exhibit B, be and the same is hereby authorized and approved subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth. SECTION That the approval and authorization of the Special TWO: Use hereby granted is subject to the condition that (i) all use, construction and development of the Subject premises shall be in accordance with a certain Plan V ORDINANCE NO. 0 -92 -07 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL USE IN P -1 PUBLIC LANDS DISTRICT - JEWETT PARK COMMUNITY CENTER prepared by Burnidge Cassell and Associates, Architects and Land Planners and dated December 10 1991 and marked Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof, all other documentary and exhibit filings made pursuant to the Special Use provisions of. the Village Zoning Ordinance, the terms of this Ordinance, and all representations by the Applicant to the Plan Commission and President and Board of Trustees and (ii) that upon the request of the Village, the Applicant be required to review the impact upon parking resulting from the Amended Special Use with the Corporate Authorities or the Village Plan Commission as the Corporate Authorities shall so designate. SECTION That any violation of any of the conditions THREE: hereinabove set forth shall authorize the revocation of the Special Use hereby authorized. SECTION. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form and see to its recordation in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois at Applicant's expense. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
