NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield ONE: as` included and made a part of the Village Zoning Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the property described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, each attached hereto and made a part hereof, and commonly known as "Old Hoffman Lane" in the C -1 Village Center District.. A Class B Special Use pursuant to the provisions of Article 5.01 -C,2 is hereby granted for the property legally described on Exhibit A and known as "Old Hoffman Lane" to permit its use and development for a public parking facility. B. An amendment to the previously approved Special Use for a multiple use and restaurant for the property commonly known as "Judy's Pizza" and as depicted on Exhibit B is hereby granted to permit redevelopment of the parking lot and access drives serving said property in conjunction with the Hoffman Lane parking lot all as depicted on Exhibit B. C. A Class B Special Use pursuant to Article 5.01 - C,2 is hereby granted for the property commonly known as the "Gastfield Property" to permit development as a public parking facility all as depicted on Exhibit B. D. ORDINANCE NO. 0 -91 -20 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT AND CERTAIN SPECIAL USES TO ACCOMMODATE COMPLETION OF PHASE II OF ROBERT YORK AVENUE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Deerfield (herein referred to as "Applicant ") for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment and certain Special Uses to accommodate the completion of Phase II of Robert York Avenue on the premises legally described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, under and pursuant to the provisions of Articles 5.01 -C, 13.04 -B,1, 13.04 -B,2, 13.04 -B,3 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was, in all respects, held according to law; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact and recommended that the Zoning Map Amendment and certain Special Uses as proposed be approved and authorized; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the approval of the Zoning Map Amendment and certain Special Uses in accordance with the testimony and documentary evidence presented by Applicant to the Corporate Authorities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield ONE: as included and made a part of the Village Zoning Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the property described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, each attached hereto and made a part hereof, and commonly known as "Old Hoffman Lane" in the C -1 Village Center District. SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby TWO: affirmatively find that the following Special Uses as proposed by Applicant fully comply with the requirements and standards set forth in Article 13.11 -D of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield and the Special Uses of the various portions of real estate, hereinafter described as and for the purposes hereinafter described, be and the same are hereby authorized and approved. ORDINANCE NO. 0-91-20 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT AND CERTAIN SPECIAL USES TO ACCOMMODATE COMPLETION OF PHASE II OF ROBERT YORK AVENUE A. A Class B Special Use pursuant to the provisions of Article 5.01 -C,2 is hereby granted for the property legally described on Exhibit A and known as "Old Hoffman Lane" to permit its use and development for a public parking facility. B. An amendment to the previously approved Special Use for a multiple use and restaurant for the property commonly known as "Judy's Pizza" and as depicted on Exhibit B is hereby granted to permit redevelopment of the parking lot and access drives serving said property in conjunction with the Hoffman Lane parking lot all as depicted on Exhibit B. C. A Class B Special Use pursuant to Article 5.01 - C,2 is hereby granted for the property commonly known as the "Gastfield Property" to permit development as a public parking facility all as depicted on Exhibit B. D. An amendment to the previously approved Special Use planned development for the property commonly known as "Deerfield Commons Shopping Center" is hereby granted to permit changes to the existing parking lots and access drives along Hoffman Lane all as depicted on Exhibit B. E. A Class B Special Use pursuant to Article 5.01 - C,2 is hereby granted to allow the redevelopment of the property commonly known as the "Savage Property" for a public parking facility and a roadway all as depicted on Exhibit B. F. An amendment to the previously approved Special Use permit and commonly known as "North Shore NAPA" and "Deerfield Electric" is hereby granted to permit a portion of each of said properties to be developed as right -of -way for Hoffman Lane all as depicted on Exhibit B. G. All of said Special Uses are to be granted in conformity with Exhibit B prepared by the Applicant depicting the locations of the roadways and parking facilities set forth above. SECTION That the approval and authorization of said THREE: Special Uses hereby granted is subject to the requirement that the uses of the various premises be subject to all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other ordinances of the Village of Deerfield including any conditions of the existing Special Use permits . modified hereby. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to FIVE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and SIX: effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
