AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
AND APPROVING CERTAIN TRAFFIC CONTROL AGREEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article 2 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding the following Section 22.2B:
"Sec. 22 -2B Traffic Control Agreements. The
Corporate Authorities may authorize the execution
of Traffic Control Agreements with owners of
private property providing for the imposition of
speed and traffic control restrictions and the
enforcement thereof by the Police Department of
the Village of Deerfield. To the extent that any
such Traffic Control Agreements require stop
signs, impose parking limitations, speed
limitations or other traffic restrictions, the
appropriate Exhibits contained in Article 21 of
Chapter 22 shall be amended accordingly to reflect
such restrictions."
SECTION That Traffic Control Agreements for the following
TWO: locations are hereby approved and the Exhibits
contained in Article 21 of Chapter 22 are hereby
amended to note the restrictions contained herein:
Lake Cook Office Center - Building One, 1411 Lake
Cook Road, more fully described in a certain
agreement dated May 6 , 1991, by and
between Stein & Company Management, Inc., as Agent
for Lake Cook Office Development Co., Building
Two;
Lake Cook Office Center - Buildings Two, Three,
1415 -1417 Lake Cook Road, more fully described in
a certain agreement dated May 6 , 1991
by and between Stein & Company Management, Inc.,
as Agent for Lake Cook Office Development Co.,
Buildings -One, Two,,.and Three;

described in a certain agreement dated
May 6 , 1991, by and between Stein & Company
Management, Inc., as Agent for Lake -Cook Tollway
Future Phase Associates; and
Embassy Suites Hotel, 1445 Lake Cook Road, more
fully described in a certain agreement dated
May 6 , 1991, by and between Stein & Company
Management, Inc., as Agent for Lake - Cook / Tollway
Future Phase Associates.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
