AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -167 OF
ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -167 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, entitled "Exhibit G. Fire Lanes
designated. ", as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of locations designated as fire
lanes, the following:
"Lake Cook Office Center. A 10' wide lane
extending across those portions of the Lake Cook
Office Center property, 1411 Lake Cook Road, as
more fully described in a certain agreement dated
May 6 , 1991, by and between the Village of
Deerfield and Stein & Company Management, Inc., as
Agent for Lake Cook Office Development Company -
Building Two:."
"Lake Cook Office Center. A 10' wide lane
extending across those portions of the Lake Cook
Office Center property, 1415 -1417 Lake Cook Road,
as more fully described in a certain agreement
dated May 6 1991, by and between the
Village of Deerfield and Stein & Company
Management, Inc., as Agent for Lake Cook Office
Development Company - Buildings One, Two; and Three."
"Arbor Lake Center. A 10' wide lane extending
across those portions of the Arbor Lake Center
property, 1751 Lake Cook Road, as more fully
described in a certain agreement dated
May 6 , 1991, by and between the Village of
Deerfield and Stein & Company Management, Inc., as
Agent for Lake - Cook \Tollway Future Phase
Associates."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
