ORDINANCE NO. 0 -91 -06 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF WILLOW AVENUE IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield after due investigation and consideration, have determined that the nature and extent of the public use.and the public interest to be subserved is such as to warrant the vacation of portions of Willow Avenue hereinafter described: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That those portions of a public street in the ONE: Village of Deerfield having heretofore been dedicated by a document recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, illinois, which portion of said street is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, as shown on and designated by the words "Hereby Vacated" on the Plat hereto attached, which Plat for greater certainty is hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be subserved by such vacation. SECTION That upon passage and approval of this Ordinance, TWO: the Village Clerk shall file for record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the Plat hereto attached. SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and filing for record in the manner herein provided.
