AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP - 760 OSTERMAN LANE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing upon the Petition of DR. RICHARD
SOLMOR for the rezoning and reclassification of certain real
estate located within the Village and presently zoned in the 1 -2
Limited Industrial District to the C -3 Limited Commercial Office
District; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published
notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
after considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of
fact recommending that the Zoning Map be amended to include the
Subject Property in the C -3 Limited Commercial Office District;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the
Village will be served by the classification of said real estate
as recommended by the Plan Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village Zoning
Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is
hereby further amended by rezoning and reclassifying the property
described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and made a part hereof
from the 1 -2 Limited Industrial District to the C -3 Limited
Commercial Office District.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
