AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ATRICLE 13 OF CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,.AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article 13 of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
ONE: of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding thereto Section 22 -103A as follows:
"Sec. 22- 103A.,Skateboarding, Roller Skating, Bicycling
It shall be unlawful for..any person to ride a skateboard,
roller skate or bicycle within the area known as the
Village Center Plaza located at the southwest corner of
Deerfield and Waukegan Roads in Deerfield, Illinois
including the pedestrian walkways and sidewalks bordering
thereon."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance
TWO: in pamphlet form.
SECTION ' That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
THREE: its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
