ORDINANCE NO. 0 -89 -50
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6 OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing on the application of American
National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Trustee under a Trust
Agreement dated May 15, 1983, and known as Trust No. 57661 and M &J
Wilkow Management Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to
as "Applicant ") to consider a certain text amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance to permit when accessory, to an office use the training of
individuals who are not employed by the company conducting the
training upon the Subject Property as a Special Use pursuant to an
Industrial Planned Unit Development within the I -1 Office, Research,
Restricted Industrial District; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice
thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after
considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact in
favor of the proposed text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustes of the Village of
Deerfield have accepted the recommendations of the Plan Commission
and have determined that the proposed text amendment will serve the
best interests of the Village of Deerfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article 6.1 -3,,1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the same is
further amended by adding thereto as an additional
subsection c as follows:
"c. A training facility when accessory, to an office
use for the training of individuals who are not
employed by the company conducting the training."
SECTION That the Village-Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect

as provided by law.

ABATEMENT OF TAX FOR 1990 LEVY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the County Clerk of Lake County and the County
ONE: Clerk of Cook County are hereby authorized and
directed to abate the amounts set forth below of the
tax heretofore provided for and levied in Ordinance
No. 0 -87 -64 passed December 16, 1987,*a copy of which is filed with the
respective County Clerks, providing for a levy for the following accounts
of the Debt Service Fund of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook
Counties, Illinois.

$843,000
SECTION That the Village of Deerfield has on hand sufficient
TWO: funds from tax proceeds to pay the total tax levied by
the above described Ordinance for said purpose for the
fiscal year commencing May 1, 1990, therefore, a reduced tax levy is
appropriate.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to file
THREE: certified copies of this Ordinance with the County
Clerks of Lake and Cook Counties.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from its passage and approval, as provided by law.
