AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -166 OF ARTICLE'21
OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -166 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of locations where a time limit on
parking of vehicles is imposed, the following:
"(e) In the First Presbyterian Church parking
lot located at 824 Waukegan Road for periods in
excess of three (3) hours, except as to those
officials of the First Presbyterian Church
displaying a parking permit decal to be placed on
file with the Village."
SECTION The'Village Manager shall post or caused to be posted
TWO: the appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking
is limited in the area designated in Section One
hereof. `
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
