AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 =161 OF
ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975

NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -161 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by adding
to the list of locations where exceptions to general speed
restrictions are permitted the following:
"(3) On Pfingsten Road and Kates Road between their
respective intersections with Lake -Cook Road and
Waukegan Road."
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted the appropriate sign or signs indicating the
speed limit set forth above.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
