CROMIE Deputy Village Clerk S EA) . , ,, 4940S/92 ORDINANCE NO. 0 -88 -26 AN ORDNANCE VACATING A CERTAIN ALLEY IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, upon the petition of John and Nola Ryan and the recommendatin of the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, and after due investigation and consideration, have determined that the nature and extent of the public use and the public interest to be subserved is such as to warrant the vacation of portions of the alley hereinafter described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That a public alley in the Village of Deerfield, having ONE: heretofore been dedicated by a document recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, which portion of said alley is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, as shown on and designated by the words "Alley Hereby Vacated" on the Plat hereto attached, which Plat for greater certainty is hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby vacated and closed, insasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be subserved by such vacation. SECTION That upon passage and approval of this Ordinance, the TWO: Village Clerk shall file for record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the Plat hereto attached. SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
