ORDINANCE NO. 0 -8'9 -01
AN ORDINANCE NAMING ROBERT YORK AVENUE
WHEREAS, a certain dedicated public street presently within the
Village of Deerfield, commonly referred to as Access Avenue, namely
that certain street extending south from Jewett Park Drive to Hoffman
Lane that has not previously been named as a public street; and,
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of Deerfield in accordance
with the Ordinances thereof and the statutes of the State of Illinois
desire to name said public street Robert York Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That said dedicated public street hereinabove described
ONE be and the same is hereby designated and named
"ROBERT YORK AVENUE ".
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
