AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -167 OF
ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -167 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975,
entitled "Exhibit G. Fire lanes designated. ", as
amended, ,be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to the
list of locations designated as fire lanes, the following:
"Hyatt Deerfield Hotel. A 10' wide lane extending
along the access drive more fully described in a
certain agreement dated December 19 , 1988, by and
between the Village of Deerfield and Hyatt Deerfield."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
