ORDINANCE NO. 0 -89 -24
AN ORDINANCE NAMING JEWETT PARK DRIVE
WHEREAS, there are two certain dedicated public streets presently
within the Village of Deerfield, commonly referred to as Village Hall
Drive and Petersen Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of Deerfield in accordance
with the Ordinances thereof and the statutes of the State of Illinois
desire to rename said public streets Jewett Park Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That said dedicated public streets previously known as
ONE Village Hall Drive and Petersen Lane be and the same
are hereby designated and renamed " JEWETT PARK DRIVE ".
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
