ORDINANCE NO. 0 -89 -34
ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 17 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS 1975
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -140 of Article 17 of Chapter
ONE: 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield, Illinois of 1975, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by adding the following
immediately prior to the final paragraph in said section:
"The annual fee for a non - commercial vehicle
license for a vehicle registered to a person who
satisfies the requirements of Chapter 95 1/2,
Section 1 -159.1 of the Illinois Revised Statutes,
and where said vehicle has been issued handicapped
registration plates as provided for in Chapter 95
1/2, Section 3- 616(a) of the Illinois Revised
Statutes, shall be $1.00."
SECTION The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
THREE: and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication, as provided by law.
