O-87-63ORDINANCE NO. 0 -87 -63 AN ORDINANCE NAMING CHERRY COURT WHEREAS, a certain dedicated public street presently within the Village of Deerfield, namely that certain street extending South from the West Fork of the North Branch of the Chicago River to its termination at Hazel Avenue has previously been named Cherry Street; and WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village in accordance with the Ordinances thereof and the statutes of the State of Illinois desire to rename said Cherry Street; and WHEREAS, the owners of the property located thereon have requested the Corporate Authorities to rename said street Cherry Court. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That said dedicated public street hereinabove described ONE: be and the same is hereby designated and named "CHERRY COURT ". SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect TWO: from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
