AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -45A OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -45A entitled "No Right Turn"
ONE: of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the
Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and same is further
amended by adding thereto the following:
"(b) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor
vehicle eastbound on Tennaqua Lane, to turn right onto
Castlewood Lane.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in phamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
THREE: in conflict herewith are, to the extent of
such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force
FOUR: and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication, as provided by law.
