ORDINANCE NO. 0 -87 -33
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -164 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK.COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:.
SECTION That Section 22 -164 entitled "Exhibit D. Stop
ONE: Street intersections" of Chapter 22 of the
Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be and the same is further amended by adding the following
intersection as a stop- street intersection:

"The exit from 1717 Deerfield Road onto Tennaqua
Lane."
That the Village Manager shall post or cause
to be posted an appropriate stop sign designa-
ted in Section One hereof.
That the Village. Clerk is hereby directed
to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided by law.
