O-87-35ORDINANCE NO. 0 -87 -35 87441033 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDED SPECIAL USE FOR LAKE COOK PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER - SIGNAGE PLAN WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has heretofore held a public hearing on the application of Lake Cook Plaza Shopping Center (hereinafter, the "Applicant ") to authorize an amendment to the existing Special Use - Planned Unit Development of Lake Cook Plaza Final Development Plan, all in accordance with Articles 2.0 -3, 2, 5.2 -3, 8, 12.5 and 13.11 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield as amended, to amend the existing Signage Plan in said development; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and WHEREAS, following consideration of the recommendations of the Plan Commission, the President and Board of Trustees have considered and reviewed the Amended Final'Development Plan for the Subjectl Property legally described on Exhibit A and made a part hereof, tiA consisting of the Amended Signage Plan prepared by North Shore Sign Company dated May 29, 1987 and submitted by Applicant reflecting the proposed revision from that portion of the original Final Development Plan relating to the signage plan with respect to the Handmoor Building; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village will be served by the authorization and granting of said Amendment to Special Use in accordance with the Amended Signage Plan for the Subject Property marked Exhibit B and attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby ONE: affirmatively find the Amended Special Use, as hereby authorized, fully complies with the requirements and standards set forth in Article 13.11 -4 of the Village Zoning Ordinance, and the Amended Special Use of the real estate as set forth on Exhibit B, be and the same is, hereby authorized and approved. SECTION That any violation of any of the conditions hereabove THREE: set forth by the Applicant or its successors, grantees, transferees or assigns shall authorize the revocation of the Amended Special Use hereby authorized.
