AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165 OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding to the list of locations where the parking and standing of vehicles
is prohibited, the following:
"On the east side of Montgomery Drive between
Cranshire Court and Garand Drive, the north side
of Garand Drive between Castlewood Lane and
Montgomery Drive, the north side of Pear Tree
Lane west of Castlewood Lane, and the west side
of Castlewood Lane from Garand Drive to approxi-
mately two hundred (200) feet south of Chatham
Circle between the hours of 5:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
on weekdays and 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Saturdays
and Sundays, except on holidays."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: the appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking
is prohibited in the area designated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
