R-81-12RESOLUTION NO. 11-81 -12
WHEREAS, the Mayor and:Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield,
Illinois, adopted a Resolution on July 6, 1981, authorizing the resurfacing of a
portion of Deerfield Road, under the Federal Aid Urban System Program; and
WHEREAS, the State of Illinois Department of Transportation has
received bids for the resurfacing of Deerfield Road; and
WHEREAS, the low bid of $138,284.50 was submitted by Peter Baker
and Son Company of Lake Bluff, Illinois, a qualified contractor:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Deerfield concurs
in the aware of the contract in the amount of $138,284.50 to Peter Baker and
Son Company.
