AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF
THE -MUNICIPAL-CODE-OF-DEERFIELD-OF -1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, is
hereby further amended by striking said Section in its
entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Sec. 3 -9. Number-of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Village no more than:

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
