AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4.5 -3, 8 OF CHAPTER 4 OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 4.5 -3,8 "Residential Planned Unit
ONE: Developments" of Chapter 4 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by adding to said Section the following:
(A) The following accessory uses may be permitted in
Residential Planned Unit Developments containing more
than 200 dwelling units in addition to those uses set
out in Section 4'.57-5,of'said Chapter 4 when such uses
would be operated primarily for the convenience of the
tenants of the dwelling units within the Residential
Planned Unit Development.
(1) Beauty parlor
(2) Barbershop
(3) Ice cream parlor
(4) Nursing care facilities
(5) Commissary and common dining facilities
(6) Recreational facilities
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish

That all
ordinances or. parts
of ordinances in conflict

are, to the extent
of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION
That this
Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect
