O-86-3411 M j I ORDINANCE NO. 0- 86 -34' AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD Published in pamphlet form this 4th day of August , 1986, by the President and Board of Trustees of Deerfield. 7 w � ORDINANCE NO. 0 -86 -34 AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF A CERTAIN STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield after due investigation and consideration, have determined that the nature and extent of the public use and the public interest to be subserved i §, %such as to warrant the vacation of portions of High School Drive hereinafter described: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That those portions of a public street in the Village ONE: of Deerfield having heretofore been dedicated by a document recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, which portion of said street is legally described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 26 in North Trail Subdivision, recorded February 15, 1966, Document #1294902, thence south along said lot line a distance of 151.23 feet, thence west and perpendicular to aforesaid line a distance of 20.0 feet, thence north and parallel to the west line of said lot to a point directly west of the northwest corner,of said lot, thence east to the point of beginning. And Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 25 in the above mentioned subdivision, thence south along said lot line a distance of 136.14 feet, thence east and perpendicular to aforesaid line a distance of 20.0 feet, thence north and parallel to the east line of said lot to a point directly east of the northeast corner of said lot, thence west to the point of beginning. All being in the southeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 43 north, Range 12 east of the third principal meridian, in Lake County, Illinois. as shown on and designated by the words "Hereby Vacated" on the Plat hereto attached, which Plat for greater certainty.is hereby made a part of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will be subserved by such vacation. V Ordinance No. 0 -86 -34 ' SECTION That upon passage and approval of this Ordinance, the TWO: Village Clerk shall file for record in the Office of the Records of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the Plat hereto attached. 0 SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and filing for record in the manner herein provided.
