AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -46 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -46 entitled "Turn and time limitations in
ONE: certain directions on certain streets" of Chapter 22 of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield-'of 1975„ as-
amended, be and same is further amended by adding thereto the following:
"Vehicles exiting onto the south side of Lake -Cook Road at
locations opposite Pine Street and Birchwood Avenue shall be
required to make either a right or left turn onto Lake -Cook
Road.
"Vehicles exiting Pine Street and Birchwood Avenue onto Lake -
Cook Road shall be required to make either a right or left
turn onto Lake -Cook Road."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
