AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 -23 OF CHAPTER 16
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -23 entitled "Sewer Use and Industrial
ONE: Cost Recovery Program" of Chapter 16 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
be and the same is further hereby amended by establishing new rates
for surcharge for extra strength waste water as established by said
section as follows:
"Surcharge for Extra Strength Wastewater
BOD per pound 21¢
SS per pound 17¢"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: on January 1, 1986 from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
