AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield has
heretofore held a public hearing upon the Petitions of LASALLE
NATIONAL BANK, not personally, but solely as Trustee of that certain
Trust Agreement dated June 21, 1984 and known as Trust No. 108870,
and LASALLE NATIONAL BANK, not personally, but solely as Trustee of
that certain Trust Agreement dated June 21, 1983 and known as Trust
No. 106579 (said Bank in its capacity as Trustee aforesaid referred
to as "Owners "), and TOLLWAY NORTH LAND VENTURE, an Illinois general
partnership, and TOLLWAY NORTH OFFICE CENTER, an Illinois general
partnership (the "Developers ") for the classification of certain
real estate located within the Village and hereinafter described in
Exhibits A -1 and A -2 in the I -1 Office, Research, Restricted
Industrial District, to authorize the existing use of the Property
as a Special Use - Industrial Planned Unit Development and upon
submission of a Final Plan as required by the Village Zoning
Ordinance to authorize the development and use of said real estate
as a Special Use - Industrial Planned Unit Development including an
office building /hotel complex in accordance with Exhibits presented
to the Plan Commission; and
WHEREAS, said hearing was held pursuant to duly published notice
thereof and was in all respects held according to law; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, after
considering the evidence adduced, made written findings of fact with
respect to amending the Zoning Map to include the Subject Property
in the I -1 Office, Research, Restricted Industrial District and as
to the existing use and future development of said real estate in
accordance with the terms of said Special Use - Industrial Planned
Unit Development and Exhibits presented to the Plan Commission; and
WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Deerfield have determined that the best interests of the Village
will be served by the classification of said real estate in the
manner aforesaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village Zoning
Ordinance passed April 17, 1978, as amended, is hereby
further amended by zoning and classifying the property described in
Exhibits A -1 and A -2, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to the
I -1 Office, Research, Restricted Industrial District.

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
