AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, SECTION 23 -18 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 23 -18 entitiled "Water rates" of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, be and the same is further amended by deleting
the water rate per month as set forth therein and substituting in
lieu thereof the following water rate:
" 1.75 per 100 cubic feet."
SECTION That the Vilalge Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this rate shall become effective on May 1, 1986
THREE: and shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law.
