AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 22 -45A AND
AMENDING SECTION 22.168 OF CHAPTER 22 -OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That there is hereby created a new Section 22 -45A, of
ONE: Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfi.eld of 1975,
as amended, as follows:
"Sec. 22 -45A. NO RIGHT TURN.
(a) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn
right at any of the following designated areas which shall be so posted with the
proper "No Right Turn" sign.
(b) It shall be unlawful for vehicles Eastbound on Tennaqua Lane at
Castlewood Lane to turn right at any time.
SECTION That Section 22.168 (Exhibit H) entitled "No Right Turn on
TWO: Red Light" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of Deerfield
of 1975, as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding the following to the list of locations where a right turn on
red light is prohibited:
Deerfield Road (Eastbound) at Castlewood Lane
Castlewood Lane (Northbound) at Deerfield Road
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE herewith are, to..the extent--of such.-conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
