ORDINANCE NO. 0 -85 -55
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 -1 OF CHAPTER 3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -1 entitled "Definitions" of Chapter 3 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975,
as amended, be and the same is further amended by
adding the following at the conclusion of the sentence ending in the seventh
line of Subsection 3 -1 (a) (4):
"and which may maintain a stock of miniature liquor bottles
in locked facilities in guest rooms for use by guests."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
