AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16, SECTION 16 -23
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION , That Section 16 -23, Section 408 "Wastewater Rates" of
ONE: the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of
1975, as amended, be and the same is further amended by
deleting User Charge set forth therein and substituting in lieu
thereof:
"User Charge $1.05/100 cubic feet"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publicaion as
provided by law.
