AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165
OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 220F THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1974, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
adding to the list of locations where the parking and standing of
vehicles is prohibited, the following:
"On the east side of Caroline.Court and the south
side of .the cul -de -sac at its terminus."
SECTION- The Village Manager shall post or cause"to be posted
TWO: the appropriage sign or signs indicating that parking
is prohibited in the area designated in Section One
hereof.
SECTION That the.Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
THREE: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
