AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165
OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, entitled "Exhibit F. Time limit on parking ",
be and the same is hereby further amended by deleting from the list
of locations where the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited
during specified periods, the following:
"No parking on Elder Lane - on the north side, between
Waukegan Road and its eastern terminus between the
hours of 7:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. on Sundays, only ".
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22 of the
TWO: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as
amended, entitled "Exhibit F. Time limit on parking ",
be and the same is hereby further amended by adding to the list of
locations where the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited
during specified periods, the following:
"No parking on Elder Lane - on the north side between
Waukegan Road and the east side of Holy Cross Church
driveway between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
on Sundays only ".
SECTION The Village Manager shall remove or cause to be removed
THREE.: the sign or signs indicating that parking is prohibited
in the area designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law.
