AN ORDINANCE AMENDING'SECTION 22.165 OF CHAPTER
22 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD OF 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE'OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22.165 of Chapter 22 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield
of 1975 as amended, be and the same, is
hereby further amended by adding to the list of locations within
the Village where the parking and standing of vehicles is pro-
hibited the following:
On Deerfield Road both sides between the
eastern and western corporate limits of the Village
of Deerfield.
On Wilmot Road on both sides from its
intersection with Lake /Cook Road on the south and
its intersection with North Avenue on the north.
SECTION That the Village Manager shall post or
TWO: cause to be posted the appropriate sign
or signs indicating that parking is pro -
bited in the areas designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
THREE: in conflict herewith are to the extent of
such conflict is hereby repealed.
SECTION That the.Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
FIVE: and, effect from and after its. passage, ap-
proval and publication as provided by law.
