AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -167
OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22 OF'THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -167 of Article 21 of Chapter
ONE: 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield of 1975, entitled "Exhibit G. Fire
lanes designated. ", as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of locations designated as fire
lanes, the following:
"Cadwell Corners Shopping Center. A 10'
wide lane extending along the access drive
on which several business establishments
front as more fully described in a certain
agreement dated August 20, 1984, by and
between the Village of Deerfield and
American National Bank, as Trustee under
Trust No. 48023."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication, as provided by law.
