O-84-06ORDINANCE NO. 0 -84 -06 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE FILING OF THE' TENTATIVE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF.DEERFIELD AND FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION AND HEARING THEREON BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the tentative annual budget of the Village of ONE: Deerfield for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1984, and ending April 30, 1985, as prepared by the Budget Officer and submitted to the President and Board of Trustees in pamphlet form, shall be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager on or before April 2, 1984, and shall remain on file and be made conveniently available for public inspection during normal business hours from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on any business day for a period of ten days after the initial filing thereof and thereafter until further order of this Board. SECTION That a public hearing shall be held on said tentative TWO: annual budget at 8:00 P.M. on April 19, 1984, in the Board Room of the Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, Illinois. SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish in THREE: the March 22, 1984 edition of the Deerfield News - Voice, a newspaper of general circulation in this Village, the following notice: "OFFICIAL PUBLICATION VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC INSPECTION AND HEARING ON THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD TO THE PUBLIC: Notice is hereby given that on April 2, 1984, there will be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager, at the Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, Illinois, a tentative annual budget for the Village of Deerfield for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1984 and ending April 30, 1985, as prepared by the Budget Officer in pamph- let form and proposed for adoption by the Presi- dent and Board of Trustees. Said budget shall be available for public inspection during the hours from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. on any normal business day for a period of ten days and, thereafter, until further order of the Corporate Authorities of the Village. Notice is further given that on April 19', 1984, a public hearing will be held on the tenta- tive annual budget by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield at 8:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the Village Hall, 850 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, Illinois, at which time and place any persons interested may attend and be heard. Following the said public hearing and any continuation thereof, the tentative annual budget may be revised and adopted by the said Corporate Authorities of the Village without further inspection, notice or hearing.
