AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19,
SECTION 19 -20(d)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Subsection 19 -20(d) of Chapter 19 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended,
is hereby further amended by adding to the list of
intersections which are declared to be unsafe the following:
Dartmouth and Birchwood
Willow and Dartmouth
Indian Hill and Central
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION • That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
