AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -101 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -101 entitled "Trucks prohibited on certain
ONE: streets" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the Village of
Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is further
amended by deleting (b)(1) in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the
following:
'•It is unlawful to operate a truck having a Class F,
or greater, vehicle registration on any of the streets
or parts of streets located within the corporate limits
of the Village of Deerfield with the exception of Lake -
Cook Road and Waukegan Road, and with the further
exception that the operation of otherwise prohibited
trucks on any street in the Village shall be permitted
where necessary to reach a destination point within
the Village in order to make a delivery or a pick up
of goods."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby direct to publish this

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
