AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 3 -9 of Chapter 3 of the Municipal Code of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, is hereby further
amended by striking said Section.in its entirety and substituting
in lieu thereof the following:
"Sec. 3 -9. Number of Licenses.
There shall be issued in the Village no more than:

licenses to be in effect at one time."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION :. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here -
THREE: with are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FOUR: after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
