AN.ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23 -18 OF CHAPTER 23 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1972, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 23 -18'of Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code of the
ONE: Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the same is
hereby further amended by striking the fifth line of said Section
in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
11$1.13 per 100 Cubic Feet"
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
THREE: are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
FOUR: June 1, 1983 and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
