AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -46 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -46 entitled "Turn and time limitations in certain
ONE: directions on certain streets" of Chapter 22 of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is further amended by adding thereto the following:
"Vehicles exiting onto the south side of Lake -Cook
Road at locations opposite Pine Street and Birchwood
Avenue on the north side of Lake -Cook Road shall be
required to make either a right or left turn onto
Lake -Cook Road."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby direct to publish this

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
THREE: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided,by law.
