.A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN
AMENDMENT TO A CAPITAL GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION, AND THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, The Corporate Authorities of the Village of Deerfield,
by Resolution approved and authorized for signature by Mayor Bernard
Forrest on September 19, 1977, duly executed a Capital Grant Agreement
between the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, and said
Village of Deerfield for Phase II of the Commuter Parking Program of
said Village; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an amendment to said Capital
Grant Agreement be approved and authorized for signature by
Mayor Bernard Forrest, providing for increased State and Federal
participation in the construction of said facilities:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Corporate Authorities
of the Village of Deerfield, that said Amendment to the Capital Grant Agree-
ment aforesaid is hereby approved and authorized for signature by Mayor
Bernard Forrest on behalf of the Village of Deerfield.
