AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16 -1 OF
ARTICLE ONE OF CHAPTER 16 OF THE MUNCIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 16 -1 entitled "State Plumbing Code Adopted" of
ONE: Article One of Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code of the Village.
of Deerfield of 1975 as amended, be and the same is further
amended by adding the following sentence at the conclusion thereof:
"Further, all construction, alteration, installation,
location, maintenance, and repair of plumbing
facilities within the Village shall also be in
compliance with the water conservation requirements
imposed by the Village of Deerfield Lake Michigan
Water Allocation Permit as promulgated from time_ to
time by the Illinois Department of Transportation,
Division of Water Resources, of which not less than
three copies have been and are now filed in the Office
of the Department of Building and Zoning of the
Village of Deerfield."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
