AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22 -165 OF ARTICLE 21 OF CHAPTER 22
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD OF 1975
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 22 -165 of Article 21 of Chapter 22.of the Municipal
ONE: Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1975, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by adding to the list of locations
where the parking and standing of vehicles is prohibited, the following:
"Both sides of Wilmot Road from a point 375' north of
its intersection with Deerfield Road and extending
southerly to the intersection of Wilmot Road with
Lake -Cook Road."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted the appro-
TWO: priate sign or signs indicating that- parking is prohibited in
the area designated in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION That any ordinance or parts thereof in conflict with this
THREE: Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
FOUR: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
FIVE: after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
